Resource Terms And Use

These terms apply when you use the Restorova website, request ministry access, download a resource, use an optional client portal, or request implementation support. By applying, downloading, or using a resource, you confirm that you are authorized to act for the organization named in the request.

Eligibility, Verification, And Donations

Published Restorova resources are provided at no charge to organizations approved through Restorova's Seventh-day Adventist ministry verification process. Applicants must provide accurate ministry, country, affiliation, representative, official-email, requested-resource, and intended-use details. Restorova may independently confirm the stated organizational relationship and representative authority before approving a requested resource scope, renewing, rejecting, or revoking access.

Verification is a Restorova access-control decision. It is not official recognition or endorsement by the General Conference, a division, union, conference, local church, or any other denominational body. Donations are voluntary, do not purchase a product or service, and do not influence verification, access duration, support priority, or future rights.

Resource Licence

After approval, Restorova grants the verified recipient organization a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download, copy, brand, and adapt only the manuals shown as approved in its ministry dashboard for its own internal operations at facilities it owns or controls. The licence does not permit forwarding access credentials, use by another organization, resale, sublicensing, publication, public redistribution, use to create a competing product, or use by a consultant across multiple client organizations without written permission. Copyright and ownership remain with Restorova and applicable licensors.

Access Credentials

The applicant must retain and protect the private status link. Access is time-limited, may be reviewed or revoked when affiliation changes or information is inaccurate, and must not be shared outside the approved organization. Losing the link may require a fresh identity and affiliation review.

Updates And Availability

Restorova may publish updated versions, correct or withdraw files, or change the verified ministry library. Access to one version does not guarantee future updates, support, compatibility, renewal, or uninterrupted website availability. Organizations must control issued copies, review changes, preserve local approvals, and confirm that the version in use remains appropriate.

Implementation Support

Implementation, customization, training, and managed services are optional and subject to a separate written scope where Restorova accepts the engagement. A donation does not create a services agreement. The organization remains responsible for requirements, lawful and accurate information, accountable approval, infrastructure, accounts, permissions, backups, connectivity, and regulatory compliance unless a signed agreement assigns a responsibility to Restorova.

Manual Readiness Boundary

Manual packs are editable implementation templates, not pre-approved operating procedures, legal opinions, official denominational publications, regulatory approvals, accreditation guarantees, or licences to operate. Before operational use, the organization must replace placeholders, localize laws and escalation routes, obtain review from appropriately qualified local professionals and authorized ministry leadership, record approvals, train affected staff, assess competence where required, and retain implementation evidence.

No Medical Advice

Health, clinical, care, laboratory, and workflow material is supplied for operational-system implementation. It is not patient-specific medical advice, diagnosis, treatment guidance, prescribing advice, or laboratory interpretation.

Acceptable Use And Security

Do not submit patient, employee, credential, or other sensitive records to the public website or support email. Do not bypass access controls, probe the service, upload malicious content, misuse another organization's portal link, or use unapproved template content for live care. Downloaded files must be secured by the receiving organization.

Disclaimer And Liability

Resources are provided as implementation aids and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, legal compliance, clinical suitability, accreditation, or uninterrupted availability. Restorova is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the resources. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Botswana, and disputes are subject to the courts of Botswana, except where mandatory applicable law provides otherwise.
